Acupuncture
Experience increased energy flow while you lie relaxed with ultra-fine needles placed at select acupoints. Acupuncture moves stagnant energy, supplements areas of depletion, and releases areas of excess. This rebalances the organ systems leading to pain relief and good health. Acupuncture has a 2,000 year history as an integral part of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Here are some of the ways acupuncture can benefit you:

Herbal Medicine
Return to balance and proper functioning through Chinese Herbal Medicine. Herbal medicine works in conjunction with acupuncture to regulate your body’s systems with no side effects. By supplementing you where you may be experiencing deficiency, moving and dissolving blockages, and clearing toxins, viruses, and bacteria when necessary, your body is able to rebalance so you can experience vibrant health.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping is an ancient physical therapy from China that loosens adhesions, releases connective tissue, and eases muscle tension. Cupping increases blood and lymphatic flow through aching or painful muscle tissue. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), pain means there is stagnation or lack of chi/qi flow. Cupping therapy involves placing glass suction cups over areas of blocked blood or qi in order to release deeply lodged stagnation.
Moxibustion / Moxa Therapy
Moxibustion or Moxa Therapy is a form of heat therapy used in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for cold or stagnant conditions. Herbal moxa cones made of mugwort are placed on the skin at select acupoints. The moxa is lit and carefully monitored so that it gently warms the affected area. Moxa therapy or moxibustion expels cold and warms the meridians or energy channels, leading to the smooth flow of blood and qi. Moxibustion is used to treat pain or to expel cold from the body when you are coming down with a cold or flu. It may also be used as a general tonic therapy for increased energy.
Tuina Massage
Tuina is a component of Traditional Chinese Medicine and translates into ‘push-grasp’. Tuina is a manual (hands on) healing therapy similar to the more familiar Swedish Massage Therapy. Tuina is a series of pressing, kneading, and tapping movements performed on acupuncture meridians and acupuncture points. It is usually combined with acupuncture and cupping therapy but can be performed as a stand alone healing therapy.
Shamanic Journeying
Indigenous cultures recognize the three main realms as the spiritual planes where human healing occurs. During a shamanic journey, I will travel on your behalf to perform healing and bring understanding to your current issues whether physical, emotional, or spiritual. Relationships, career paths, and soul lessons, are just a few of the things that can be understood using the shamanic journey.
I am also able to guide you on a journey for yourself if you prefer. This is the most direct way to receive answers to your life questions and is a skill you can practice and use on your own. Most people find they are able to journey easily.

Soul Recovery / Soul Retrieval

Assemblage Point
At the epicenter of your energy field is the assemblage point. Located near the heart, it’s position dictates how you feel, perceive, and behave in the world. A centered location equates to a centered existence. When off center, you may experience disturbances in your psychological or physical health. Depending on the degree of displacement these symptoms can range from mild to severe. Common signs of misalignment are:

Myofascial Release
Myofascial Release addresses the fascia or connective tissue of the body. Fascia wraps and infuses every structure of your body including muscles, tendons, ligaments, bones. It is even found beneath and through the skin. Fascia becomes adhered due to postural disturbances, aging, injuries, and surgeries. Scar tissue is made of fascia and is formed whenever it is torn or disconnected in some way such as during a surgery or when you injure a tendon or muscle. Even postural distortion creates microscopic tearing in the fascia. Myofascial Release is the perfect therapy to address the connective tissue aspects of postural distortion as well as to release scar tissue due to surgery or injury.
