About OmShi'

OmShi’ received her Master Level Diploma in Acupuncture from the Maryland Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She is Nationally Certified and licensed in the states of Arizona and Pennsylvania. Currently enrolled at Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture, she is completing her Master’s in Oriental Medicine.

After graduating 1st in her class from the Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy in 1996, OmShi’ went on to complete the St. John Neuromuscular Therapy Certification program with Paul St. John and became an assistant instructor with St. John Seminars. She holds advanced certifications in Trigger Point Therapy and Myofascial Release having studied with leaders in the field, including Robert King, Founder of the Chicago School of Massage Therapy, and past president of the American Massage Therapy Association, and John Barnes, P.T. founder of Myofascial Release Treatment Centers. She has additional bodywork training in Erik Dalton’s Myoskeletal Alignment Technique.

Concurrent to her acupuncture studies, OmShi’ trained with Judy DiCanio in Axiatonal Aligment, Assemblage Point, Karma Work, Grid Work, and Frequency Balancing techniques. She was an assistant instructor of the Frequency Balancing Techniques with Judy DiCanio.

OmShi’ has been a professional healer since 1994, and received her first Reiki attunement in 1986, achieving Reiki Master in 2003. It was through giving Reiki to others that she discovered her gift of shamanic ‘sight’. She was called by her Native American guides to study shamanic healing, was privately trained by a Cherokee shaman, Gary Gent of Shamanic Connection and has been teaching Shamanic Journey classes and Soul Recovery / Soul Retrieval throughout the United States since 2004. OmShi’ also facilitates seminars in Assemblage Point Work and Whole Self Alignment.

Omshi’ is the most spiritually gifted healer and teacher I have ever encountered. She came to my wife and me first to give us massage and we were astounded at her level of ability in this area and the unmistakable spiritual healing that took place as well.

I took her classes on Soul Recovery and Spirit Journeying and learned of many areas of personal power that are still growing as I walk the path on my own now. I am only saddened that she is so far away that we cannot see her more often.

Unique, exceptional and loving are the words that come to mind. The universe has blessed us with the gift of her friendship.
